This was the hardest surrender I have ever had to deal with as I felt the pain of both Tara and her family as they parted ways.
Tara had developed a skin infection, one that required costly medical care that her family just could not afford. They tried their best to care for her and reached out to vets for help, but Tara was not getting better. Tara had to be completely shaved in order to properly care for the sores she developed from the infection.
Tara has a long road ahead of her and one that will be filled with daily cleansing and medication and weekly medicated baths to help heal her skin. She is a brave girl who holds her chin up high and is always on her best behavior...even while in pain.
Tara is in MAGSR's care now but she needs your help, her medical care will be costly and protracted. Please open your heart to help Tara.
